About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Dads in the Game merchandise store at shop.dadsinthegame.com and purchases made through that store. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Dads in the Game. Shopify provides our commerce platform, and Printful helps produce and fulfill merchandise. Your merchandise purchase is with Dads in the Game.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy presented by this store. These terms govern merchandise purchases only; any Dads in the Game membership or program is governed by its separate terms.
Your information and payment
You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement and be authorized to use the payment method you provide. Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information, and protect any store account credentials.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes are shown at checkout. You authorize the charge for the total displayed when you place your order. Financing or installment options, if offered, are subject to the payment provider’s separate terms.
Products and order acceptance
Merchandise is made to order. Review product descriptions, size guides, quantities, and design selections before purchasing. Screen settings and normal production differences can affect how colors and printed designs appear. This does not remove your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorized, an item cannot be supplied, fraud is reasonably suspected, or a material pricing or listing error prevents fulfillment. We will notify you and refund any payment collected for canceled items. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement.
Shipping and final sale policy
Our Shipping Policy governs shipping charges, delivery estimates, separate packages, and address issues. Free U.S. hoodie shipping applies to hoodie items; other items in a mixed cart may incur shipping charges.
Made-to-order merchandise is final sale, subject to qualifying order issues and applicable law. Routine returns, size exchanges, and changes of mind are not accepted. Our Return and Refund Policy explains eligibility, reporting windows, review, and approved remedies.
Order support
Order problems, including damage, defects, misprints, incorrect items, missing shipments, address corrections, and cancellation requests, must be submitted through the DITG Order Help form. Provide the order details and any relevant photos. We will follow up by email.
Store content and proper use
The store’s branding, logos, images, designs, and written content belong to Dads in the Game or their respective owners. Purchasing a product does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially exploit that content. You may use the store for lawful browsing and purchasing. Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with store security, impersonate another person, or misuse account or customer information.
Privacy and third party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared. Payment, financing, and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Those separate terms do not remove our responsibilities to you for a purchase from this store.
Service availability and your rights
We work to keep store information accurate and the store available, but temporary outages and errors can occur. We may correct content, update products, or change prices for future purchases. Changes will not increase the price of an existing order without your agreement or reduce rights attached to a purchase already made.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, consumer protections, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not require you to waive statutory rights or accept store credit when you are entitled to a refund.
Governing law and policy changes
These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of Florida, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms and will post the revised version with an updated date. The terms in effect when you place an order govern that purchase, unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree otherwise.
